According to Max Preps, Curtis has thrown for 1,005 yards with 14 touchdowns against just three interceptions, while adding 199 rushing yards and four more scores (in five games). His most recent outing, a 49-42 win over Tyner Academy, showcased his ability to overcome adversity, as he accounted for six total touchdowns, including the game-winning 8-yard run in the final minute

In that game, he threw for 312 yards and four touchdowns while adding two rushing scores, including the decisive keeper with under a minute to play. Even after a late fumble that could have swung momentum, Curtis responded with composure, leading Nashville Christian to victory and preserving its perfect season.

His arm talent was on full display, with multiple off-platform throws that drew comparisons to college-level quarterbacks. For a program chasing back-to-back state titles, Curtis’ leadership and ability to rise in clutch moments have become the defining storyline of Nashville Christian’s season.

At 6-foot-3, 225 pounds Curtis is commited to the Georgia Bulldogs. He is the top rated quaterback in the USA TODAY Football Recruiting Rankings, and the No. 2 player in the class overall.

College/NFL comps

Scouting reports compare him to Georgia’s Carson Beck for his polished pocket presence and arm strength. His ability to extend plays and throw off-platform has also drawn stylistic comparisons to Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford.
