Week 6 seemingly followed the trend of making life as hard as possible for managers. With big injuries to three of the top WRs, a lot of pivoting needs to be done.
At this point in the season, heading into Week 7, we understand a lot about the state of the league. We know who gets great volume and who does not. We know which matchups to target and avoid.
Along with the injuries, managers will be without players from the Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills, as they are on a bye.
Here are our Week 7 half-PPR Flex rankings, which should be applied to leagues that award half a point for every catch.

Half-PPR flex rankings tips for Week 7
Half-PPR RB lineup advice: Week 7
- Chuba Hubbard is set to return from a calf injury. If he does, Rico Dowdle loses all his value.
- Bucky Irving is set to miss Week 7, since Irving has been out. Rachaad White is the RB7 overall in fantasy football. White needs to be in your lineups.
- Kimani Vidal received the RB1 workload in the Chargers offense with Omarion Hampton on IR. Vidal was the RB9 in Week 6 and should get similar volume in Week 7.
- Cam Skattebo is the RB10 overall on the season, which includes when he wasn't even the starter. He's been an absolute stud, but this week he has a tough matchup with Denver.
Half-PPR WR lineup advice: Week 7
- Ricky Pearsall, Puka Nacua, and Emeka Egbuka's status for Week 7 is all in question. This is why they are not in the rankings; however, they have not been ruled out. We will update them immediately following any concrete news.
- Rashee Rice returns in Week 7 from his six-game suspension. There is no doubt about it, put him in your lineups with 100% confidence.
- With Egbuka potentially missing, Sterling Shepard becomes a must-play WR against a deteriorating Lions' secondary.
- Even though Garrett Wilson is going to miss Week 7, I do not recommend starting any of the other Jets' WRs.
Half-PPR TE lineup advice: Week 7
- Cade Otton is a great start this week with all the injuries to the WR core in Tampa Bay.
- It sounds like Brock Bowers will be out until after the bye week. Do not trade him; start Michael Mayer instead, and hold Bowers.
- It seems like David Njoku has a chance of missing Week 7. If so, Harold Fannin becomes a must-start against the Miami Dolphins.
- With Rice returning, Travis Kelce should see fewer targets, much like what was displayed in 2024 when Rice was on fire.
TOP FANTASY PICKUPS: Week 7 waiver wire
Who are the best Half-PPR flex Week 7 sleepers?
"Bill" Jacory Croskey-Merritt, RB, Commanders: The name itself is not a sleeper, but this is to give confidence in Bill. He had a rough game in Week 6 fantasy-wise, but will bounce back in a big way against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 7.
Kameron Johnson, WR, Bucs: Everyone is talking about Shepard and Tez Johnson, but Kameron Johnson had the best game in Week 6 out of the WRs. He could be a sneaky good play against the Lions and their secondary.
Who are the top bust candidates in Half-PPR fantasy this week?
Wan'Dale Robinson, WR, Giants: It was a big week for Robinson on TNF, but he's a very TD-dependent fantasy option. The Giants as a whole are going to struggle in this game against the Denver Broncos' defense.
Jakobi Meyers, WR, Raiders: You drafted Meyers not as a league winner, but for his consistency. He's been anything but with Geno Smith, and until otherwise, he cannot be started with confidence.
