Enzo Maresca has insisted his relationship with the Chelsea hierarchy is normal, despite reports suggesting otherwise.
Chelsea head to Nottingham Forest on Saturday lunchtime looking to build on their momentum from the win against Liverpool before the international break.
Forest are struggling and sit 17th, and are yet to win a game under Ange Postecoglou, whilst the Blues sit seventh, five points behind early leaders Arsenal.

Chelsea again spent heavily in the summer, and there’s an expectation for Maresca to once again deliver Champions League football.

Maresca faced questions after the defeat to Brighton when the trio were seen making their way to the dressing room, and the Italian has now opened up on his relationship with the hierarchy.
“I spoke with Behdad (Thursday) night,” Maresca said as quoted by Craven Herald.
“It was just a normal conversation like almost every week. Even if you (the media) struggle to accept or to understand.
“They are always in the changing room, we always have conversations with Paul and Laurence and Behdad, nothing has changed since I joined the club.
“We all know that we are going in the right direction, we all know there are things we need to do better. We all know there are things with which we are happy.”
Chelsea fully behind the manager
After suffering back to back defeats against Manchester United and Brighton there were questions emerging over Maresca’s future.
