The Hawkeyes earned the No. 21 ranking in the preseason AP top 25 poll and could be one of the sleepers in the Big Ten.
As Iowa fans patiently await the season's start, Hawkeye fans will always keep tabs on the program's former stars. Lucy Olsen just wrapped up her rookie WNBA season with the Washington Mystics where she averaged 4.0 points, 1.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game on 41.5% shooting.
Now, Olsen's professional journey has taken her to Australia and to the Australia's Women's National Basketball League (WNBL). Olsen announced in July that she had signed with the Townsville Fire.
