Bayern Munich clinched victory on Saturday night in the season's first "Der Klassiker," defeating Borussia Dortmund 2-1.
The opening goal came from Harry Kane midway through the first halfβhis 12th Bundesliga goal this season in just seven matches. Michael Olise then doubled the lead for the Bavarians in the second half. Dortmund pulled one back in the 84th minute through Julian Brandt, but couldn't find the equalizer.
