SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — After finishing second at the Doug McCutchen Memorial Tournament over the weekend, the Lake View boys basketball team put on a show for the home crowd Tuesday with an 80-67 non-district win against Brownwood at Ben Norton gym.
Lake View improved to 9-2. The Chiefs were coming off a loss in the finals against crosstown rival San Angelo Central this past Saturday at the McCutchen Tourney that is co-hosted by both teams.
The Chiefs will compete at the Childress Tournament on Thursday through Saturday.
