The third annual HBCU Band of the Year championship is returning to Atlanta this week to celebrate the nation's top marching bands.
The Red Lobster Band of the Year competition will feature the top two marching bands from both Division I and Division II, along with Metro Atlanta high school bands. Each remaining HBCU band has qualified based on their weekly halftime performances, which were ranked by a committee of experts.
This year's Division I final will put FAMU's Marching 100 against Southern University's Human Jukebox. As for D2, Miles College's Purple Marching Machine will attempt to defend their 2024 title against the Fayetteville State Bronco Xpress.
