During the season, Cleveland Browns fans vote in SB Nation Reacts to express their confidence level in the team or their thoughts on other topics.

The Browns are coming off a loss to the Tennessee Titans, but week-to-week, fan confidence actually improved by 2 percentage points up to 47%. I had a hunch that the confidence level would either stay the same or tick up. Even though it may have been embarrassing to lose to the Titans, for the run defense to play poorly, and for the special teams unit to continue being bad, the biggest takeaway was the four-touchdown performance from rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders. In one game, he went from, “We probably won’t have enough time to determine if he can be the guy,” to, “Wait a minute…let’s continue seeing what we have here.” He’s been named the starter for the final four games, which he knows is his chance to overachieve and make his case to be the team’s starter in 2026. The Browns’ opponents this week, the Chicago Bears, have 96% confidence from their fanbase in the direction of their team.

We asked one other question to fans this week, and it asked whether fans felt Myles Garrett will break the NFL sack record by the end of the season. He currently has 20 sacks, and the record is 22.5 sacks. That means he needs at least 3 sacks in the final four games to make it happen.

When you look at the fact that he has individual games of 5, 4, and 3 sacks, I get why 92% of fans think he’ll get the record. I’m not so sure, though. Remember that Garrett had a 5-game stretch earlier this season in which he had a total of 1.5 sacks, so it’s not a foregone conclusion. The good thing for Garrett is that, compared to past seasons, he’s actually still healthy at this time of the season, which means he won’t be limited in pursuing greatness.
