Will Mohamed Salah pack his bags and leave Liverpool in January? Ibrahima Konaté has shared his thoughts on the matter.
Questioned about Mohamed Salah’s future after the 2-0 win over Brighton, Ibrahima Konaté revealed that the Egyptian winger has not played his last game for Liverpool on Saturday. While Salah is set to join his national team for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, uncertainty still surrounds his future, especially after a recent media appearance that led to him being left out of the Champions League clash against Inter Milan (1-0) last Tuesday.
Mo Salah now sits third on the all-time Premier League goal involvement list, behind only Wayne Rooney and Alan Shearer.

Still, Konaté is confident that Salah will remain at Liverpool until the end of the season. "Personally, I don’t think Mo Salah has played his last game for Liverpool. You’ve seen how much he loves this club. He’s a player everyone adores, the coach loves him—and he loves the coach too—and everyone at this club loves him," said the French centre-back.
