Following UFC Vegas 112 last night (Sat., Dec. 13, 2025) inside the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, company officials confirmed to MMAmania.com that five fighters were transported to a local “Sin City” hospital for precautionary reasons after their violent bouts.

The fighters were Giga Chikadze, Kennedy Nzechukwu, Marcus Buchecha, Sean Sharaf, and Tereza Bleda.

Chikadze (15-6) was taken in for a precautionary CT scan of his head and face following his brutal knockout loss to Kevin Vallejos in the co-main event (watch highlights).

It was the first knockout loss of Chikadze’s career — and it was a bad one. The 37-year-old is now riding a three-fight losing streak after going 8-1 to start his UFC run and will almost certainly be booted from the Top 15 rankings.

Buchecha and Nzechukwu were both transported for precautionary CT scans of the head and face following their dreadful Heavyweight bout, which ended in a draw.

There’s no way around it: Buchecha (5-2-1) has been an absolute bust so far in the UFC. He lost his debut to Martin Budaywho is no longer in the promotion — and now fought to a draw in a fight many would rather forget. Tough scenes.

Nzechukwu (14-6-1), meanwhile, started his Heavyweight run with two straight knockout wins but has since hit a rough patch. He was finished in just 54 seconds by Valter Walker in his previous fight before settling for the draw here.

Sharaf (4-2) was also sent to the hospital for a precautionary CT scan after a brutal beatdown at the hands of UFC rookie Steven Asplund (watch highlights).

The 32-year-old Heavyweight is now 0-2 inside the Octagon, having been finished in both appearances.

Finally, Bleda (7-2) was transported for a knee scan in addition to a precautionary CT scan of her head and face following her first-round knockout loss to Jamey-Lyn Horth — and for what it’s worth, she was carried out of the cage.

Bleda was returning from an 18-month layoff due to injuries, and depending on the results of the scans, she could be shelved yet again. She now sits at 1-2 inside the Octagon.

The results of the fighters’ scans are currently unknown.

It is normal for UFC to transport fighters to the hospital for precautionary reasons, especially if the fighters are involved in three-round battles that are full of damage or after suffering nasty knockouts.
