Exclusive information from Africafoot reveals that Senegalese defender Moustapha Mbow has emerged as a potential transfer target for Bayer Leverkusen, with the Bundesliga side keen on securing his services during the upcoming winter transfer window.

Currently experiencing his first season in Ligue 1 with Paris FC, Mbow has quickly established himself as a key figure in the team’s defensive line. Following an impressive 2024/25 campaign in Ligue 2, the 25-year-old has carried his form into the top flight, where he has become an automatic starter. The Senegal international, who has earned one senior cap, has already made 14 league appearances this season, consistently demonstrating his defensive reliability.

Despite being under contract with Paris FC until June 2028, Mbow could be tempted by a move to Germany as Leverkusen look to bolster their backline.
