What an awful game these billionaire entities have demanded NFL fans consume this evening. Once again, it’s “America’s Team” in action since they reportedly draw the biggest ratings. Some might say, as I’m doing now, that the Cowboys’ fan base is made up of sheep.
On the other sideline, there’s not a lot to dislike about the Minnesota Vikings (now that boat gate is at least a generation old). But, they’re not very entertaining, and we’ve already seen them enough in primetime this season. It’s also unfortunate that the Vikings didn’t suffer this type of season last year when the Buffalo Bills had Minnesota’s draft slot in Round 2 of the 2025 NFL Draft. At any rate…
Here we are, another night game where you’re stuck eyeballing Dallas and (the suddenly brilliant?) Jerry Jones who sold out at the trade deadline to save a fruitless season. As I’ve said before, Dak Prescott is a likeable guy, it’s just unfortunate he plays quarterback for the insufferable Cowboys who really haven’t made true noise since 1996.
