Manchester City could be one of the big movers in the winter transfer window. The club has set its sights on Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton, but will need to make sales to fund the deal.
According to former club financial advisor Stefan Borson, City are open to offers for Savinho, Oscar Bobb, and Rico Lewis. All three players are tied down to long-term contracts, but could leave if an enticing proposal lands on the table.

The Wharton deal, however, promises to be a tough one. Crystal Palace have no desire to sell mid-season and view the England international as a cornerstone of their project.
