The San Francisco Giants agreed to a two-year, $22M deal with right-hander Adrian Houser. The deal includes a club option for a third season. The club also signed Jason Foley to a one-year deal, but he is not expected to be ready by Opening Day.
The Tampa Bay Rays finalized their two-year, $15M deal with left-hander Steven Matz, who will be fighting for a rotation spot.
The Los Angeles Angels made a couple of moves, signing reliever Drew Pomeranz to a one-year deal and signing fellow reliever Jordan Romano to a one-year deal.
Right-hander Chris Martin and the Texas Rangers agreed to a one-year deal, per report.
The New York Mets officially announced their two-year, $40M contract with Jorge Polanco.
The Washington Nationals will reportedly sign left-hander Foster Griffin, who has spent the last three years in Japan.
