I’m not going to lie to y’all, we could be in for another ugly game from the Las Vegas Raiders as they take on the red-hot Houston Texans. The Raiders enter the contest with eight losses in their last eight attempts, while the Texans have won six in a row. But, we still have our Silver and Black Pride Pick’em competition to look forward to, and it’s a tight race as we enter the final three weeks of the regular season.

I learned my lesson last week and am no longer taking the Raiders with the points, regardless of how big the spread is. Will Anderson Jr. and Danielle Hunter should make it nearly impossible for Las Vegas to move the ball, given the massive mismatch in the trenches. Meanwhile, C.J. Stroud and the Texans’ offense are coming off a 40-point performance against the Arizona Cardinals. Again, this one should be ugly.

Meanwhile, Ray stays nine picks back of the top spot and three back from second place.

We are in for a wild finish at the top of the community standings. We’ve had a lot of back and forth for first place, seeing several three-way ties throughout the season. Now, we have four people with the same record at the top of the standings and nine who are within two games of each other! This year’s competition will undoubtedly be competitive through the Super Bowl. Also, shoutout to our six top pickers who got 12 games right last week!
