Former Moroccan international Hassan Nader believes that Morocco is the strong favorite to win the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN 2025).
That hasn't stopped him from naming seven other African teams capable of lifting the trophy, as he told Foot Africa.
I think this CAN 2025 will be wide open, given the presence of several competitive teams with all the assets needed to aim for the title.Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Egypt, Nigeria and Algeria are all serious contenders. But beware—don't count out teams like DR Congo and Tunisia, who could cause an upset in this tournament.
