How all 32 NFL starting quarterbacks stack up entering Week 16 of the 2025 season.

Quarterback power rankings for the 2025 NFL season heading into Week 16 see plenty of different scenarios looking teams and players in the face.

Playoff push or putting their game on tape to make a statement for the future?

Regardless of the type of pressure, QBs are jockeying for spots once again this week in our weekly poll. One big feature matchup between two top-five quarterbacks shook things up at the top.

Following another action-packed slate in Week 15, here are the latest NFL quarterback power rankings.

Last week: N/A.

Just brutal for Pickett as he stepped in for an injured Geno Smith. The Raiders were shutout by the Eagles and Pickett failed to surpass 100 passing yards.

31. Brady Cook, New York Jets

Aside from Cook's first-career touchdown pass, there was nothing to write home about for the Jets in a huge loss to the Jaguars.

After some early momentum in the pros, Sanders got his welcome to the NFL moment: A 31-3 loss and three interceptions against the Bears.

27. JJ McCarthy, Minnesota Vikings

Minnesota Vikings quarterback J.J. McCarthy hands the ball off to running back Aaron Jones Sr.

Last week: 29.

Where the hell did that come from for McCarthy? The Vikings beat the Cowboys 34-26 and it was a huge part because of McCarthy's positive play.

26. Jaxson Dart, New York Giants

New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart looks to throw a pass.

Last week: 26.

The Giants allowed the Commanders to take the late lead and Dart failed to bring his team back. He's still young, but he made it a one-score game in a 29-21 loss.

25. Marcus Mariota, Washington Commanders

Washington Commanders quarterback Marcus Mariota reacts during the second quarter of the game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Last week: 25.

14. Trevor Lawrence, Jacksonville Jaguars

11. Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Last week: 10.

Mayfield was not specifically bad, but the Bucs can't buy wins and momentum lately.

10. Sam Darnold, Seattle Seahawks

8. Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott throws the ball as New York Giants linebacker Azeez Ojulari defends.

4. Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert talks with wide receiver Keenan Allen.

Last week: 6.

Not the most pretty win, but at divisional one over the Chiefs, 16-13, was a very important outcome for the Bolts. Herbert was impressive, specifically, because of the injuries on his offensive line right now.

Last week: 3.

Goff and the Lions got back on track. A win against the hot Cowboys and 309 passing yards.
