Top 2026 recruit Jerzy Robinson has committed to South Carolina, she announced on Tuesday.

The 6-1 guard is currently ranked No. 3 on Rivals and No. 5 on ESPN HoopGurlz. Robinson chose the Gamecocks over programs including LSU and UConn.

“Their offensive play style, how we’re doing in tournaments and coaching,” Robinson previously told Rivals of what she was looking for in a program. “Other players that are coming in, but also the support system and building me as a woman in this world. I want faithful people and a faithful organization.”

Robinson averaged 26.9 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 2.1 steals last season. She was named first-team All-American by MaxPreps.

Robinson is originally from Phoenix, Arizona, where she starred at Desert Vista and won a state championship. Before her sophomore season, she transferred to Sierra Canyon in Los Angeles to take advantage of California’s NIL laws, which permit high school players to sign endorsement deals.

Robinson took advantage of California’s NIL laws to sign an endorsement deal with Nike. She is represented by Klutch Sports, the same agency that represents numerous other current and former Gamecocks.

“Being able to sign with Nike at 15 [years old] has just changed my life,” Robinson told Rivals. “Sometimes you have to take risks, but the reward is always greater. I still don’t believe it’s real. All the time, the hard work, the testimony, the struggle, the sacrifice and the tears – it just all comes to fruition and to be able to be signed by Nike has just changed my life.”

Robinson joins Kaeli Wynn and 6-4 forward Kelsi Andrews in South Carolina’s 2026 signing class. Andrews committed to the Gamecocks on October 7.
