FORT BRANCH, Ind. (WEHT) — Despite a late push by North Posey, the Central Bears boy’s basketball team was able to claim a fifth place finish in the Toyota Classic at Gibson Southern Tuesday afternoon.
The Bears beat the Vikings 51-40 after they cut the early lead to five points in the third quarter. Central will return from the holiday to take on Vincennes Lincoln Saturday, December 27th. While North Posey will face Washington Saturday, January 3rd.
