Manchester City will face off against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground this Saturday as they look to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Mancunian giants managed to earn an impressive 3-0 win versus the Hammers recently, which should give them a lot of confidence going into this game.
Pep Guardiola will set his players up in a 4-3-3 formation and is expected to keep changes to a minimum for this clash. Hence, Erling Haaland will once again spearhead Man City’s attack up top.
4-3-3 Manchester City Predicted Lineup To Face Nottingham Forest
Defence
Gianluigi Donnarumma will feature in between the sticks for the Mancunian giants after keeping a clean sheet in his last league outing. Ruben Dias will operate alongside Josko Gvardiol at the heart of the Man City backline as they look to keep the opposition at bay during the 90 minutes.
Matheus Nunes will hope to prove his worth as the right-back, while Nico O’Reilly hopes to put in a solid performance on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will get the freedom to go forward and express themselves inside the opponent’s half.
Abdukodir Khusanov will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield
Tijjandi Reijnders, Nico Gonzalez and Bernardo Silva will make up Guardiola’s midfield. All three of them need to move the ball well if they want to engineer enough chances for Man City to secure a convincing win this weekend.
Rico Lewis will have to settle for a spot on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages of the game if needed.
Attack
Phil Foden will try to give a good account of himself on the left flank, while Rayan Cherki looks to catch the eye on the right wing. Both of them would try to get in behind the opponent’s backline at every chance they can get.
Erling Haaland will lead the charge for the Mancunian giants up top. He would be eager to find the back of the net versus Nottingham this weekend.
Savinho will be available for selection on the bench as he waits for his chance to make an impact in the second 45 minutes if Man City are in need of a goal by then.
