The striker is still considering his options.
Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski has offered an update on future and admits he’s still not sure where he’ll play his football next season.
Lewandowski is out of contract in the summer and has been tipped to move on from Barcelona. MLS clubs have been linked, so too AC Milan, and there’s also talk of interest from the Saudi Pro League.
Here’s what Lewandowski has said about the situation in a new chat with Bogdan Rymanowski on YouTube.
“I still have time to make a decision. Right now, I don’t know where I want to play. There’s no need to think about it yet. I don’t know which direction to take, but I don’t have any pressure,” he said.
“I am not talking to the coach about interested clubs. It’s not about cutting my salary in half. A lot depends on the club’s plan and what I want.”
Lewandowski also says he’s still hungry for titles as he aims for a World Cup spot with Poland more glory at Barcelona.
“I hope we play these two games in a way that will help us qualify for the World Cup,” he added.
“I would like to have it all: to qualify for the World Cup, the Spanish title, the Champions League. I am aware that these are my last years in football.”
