Warriorz, who finish with three wins from 10 games, posted 140-7 with West Indies batter Johnson Charles top-scoring with 43 off 37 at the top of the order. Pakistan's Naseem Shah was the pick of the Vipers bowlers, picking up 3-35.
The result leaves Gulf Giants and Abu Dhabi Knight Riders competing for the final play-off spot, with the two sides meeting on Sunday.
Saturday's game between MI Emirates and Dubai Capitals will decide who finishes second and has two chances to reach the final on 4 January.
