How to watch Indiana vs Minnesota: Tipoff time, TV and streaming options, spread

The Hoosiers return to action on Monday, facing Minnesota at home in their second game of Big Ten play.

Indiana women’s basketball (11-2, 0-1 Big Ten) is set to take on Minnesota (9-3, 0-1 Big Ten) in its return from a holiday break on Monday evening.

The Hoosiers’ last outing was a 71-44 win over Western Carolina that featured a bit of a slow start before they began to run away with it in the second half. They’ve looked like a new team still figuring out one another’s tendencies, with Shay Ciezki playing incredibly well on offense to keep things afloat.

The Golden Gophers are coming off of three consecutive blowouts over Alabama A&M, Wyoming and Drake. They’ve definitely had time to build some confidence heading into this matchup.

Here’s what to know about the game:

Predictions

There are no off nights in the Big Ten, it’s gonna be a grind.

Maryland, unlike Indiana, has won most of its contests against non-high-majors in blowout fashion. Its losses have come against Kansas, Alabama and Maryland, a double overtime home thriller that ended 100-99. Indiana’s still working to get fully healthy and has been without Zania Socka-Nguemen for several games, with Teri Moren calling her “week-to-week” earlier in December.

If Indiana’s healthy, this should be a solid game. If not, Indiana’s going to need the most out of Shay Ciezki to compete.
