Miami opens as favorites in the Semifinals of the College Football Playoffs.
As the Miami Hurricanes continue the journey of the 2025 season, our friends at FanDuel Sportsbook have released odds for the College Football Playoff semifinal game against the Ole Miss Rebels.

To me, the line is fine. Both teams are among the most talented and accomplished in the country, and are competing for a National Championship. The talent is there. The narratives are there. The extrinsic motivation (A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP) is there. And with both teams 60 minutes away from playing for a championship, that sets the stage for a potentially epic game on January 8th.
Miami has wanted an opportunity to show their mettle against the top teams in the country and compete for a national championship, and after winning against A&M and Ohio State, they continue to have that chance. They face off against an Ole Miss team that has a chip on their shoulder after their former coach left them for a better job, and they’re playing some of their best football and have earned a spot in the Final 4 as well.
