Birmingham winger Emil Hansson has joined Dutch Eredivisie side Excelsior Rotterdam for an undisclosed fee.
The 27-year-old joined Blues on a three-year contract from Dutch top-flight club Heracles Almelo in July 2024 for £1.5m in July 2024, scoring twice in 24 appearances in his first season.
After winning promotion to the Championship, Blues sent Norway-born Hansson out on loan to League One side Blackpool.
He made 24 appearances, including three league starts, for the Tangerines who agreed to cut short his season-long loan spell.
