Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez took on the "Hot Ones Versus" challenge ahead of their 2026 Cadillac Formula 1 debut
Cadillac Formula 1 drivers Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez have taken on the Hot Ones Versus challenge ahead of the 2026 season.
On the popular First We Feast YouTube channel, the two drivers were given the challenge of telling the truth to "deeply personal questions" or "suffer the wrath of the Last Dab" hot wings.
First up in the spotlight was Mexican driver Perez, who was asked by his new team-mate when the last time was that he urinated in the car during a race. "Yes, I've done it," he admitted. "I think I did it in... But it was before the race, not during, because after the national anthem, there was no time. And it was before my mechanics strapped me in. So, it was a little bit embarrassing."
"I'm sure they noticed," he laughed when pushed by Bottas, who agreed that they probably did.

Bottas managed to dance around his question when asked by Perez which of the five teams he has driven for he was most excited to leave. "I'm an honest man. Obviously, there are different circumstances why you leave. The Stake F1 team, I was quite happy to leave at the end because of the circumstances. But I have some good memories too," he explained.
The second round consisted of a lip-reading challenge, which ended with Bottas leading the game, meaning Perez was the first to take a bite of a spicy wing, describing the flavour as "toxic" as he battled against the heat.
The pair ended with a tie. "I feel lightheaded," Bottas said as he dabbed his brow. "Otherwise, I'm OK," he laughed.
Bottas and Perez are set to join Cadillac as it arrives on the F1 grid as the 11th team. They will form one of the most experienced driver line-ups on the grid, with Bottas making his F1 debut in 2013 with Williams, and Perez in 2011 with Sauber.
