Kentucky is going to have a vastly different wide receiver room under Will Stein.
Another Kentucky Football receiver is entering the transfer portal.
Just hours after Cameron Miller decided to go portaling, news broke that Hardley Gilmore will also enter the transfer portal, per On3’s Pete Nakos.
Originally a 4-star recruit in the class of 2024, Gilmore has had a rocky start to his college career. After battling through injuries to appear in seven games as a true freshman, Gilmore entered the portal in the 2025 offseason, landed at Nebraska, was kicked off the team in the spring, and wound up back at Kentucky.
This past season, Gilmore appeared in all 12 games while catching 28 passes for 313 yards and one touchdown. He will have two years of eligibility left at his next school.
Along with Miller, Gilmore joins Montavin Quisenberry, Troy Stellato, David Washington Jr., and Preston Bowman as Kentucky wideouts to go portaling this offseason. Kentucky is also losing Ja’Mori Maclin, J.J. Hester, and Fred Farrier to graduation, so this is going to be a completely rebuilt wide receiver room next season.
