More Cowbell! 'Saturday Night Live' bobblehead series commemorates iconic characters

In celebration of National Bobblehead Day, 10 'SNL' bobbles hit the market

In celebration of National Bobblehead Day on Wednesday, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled its first limited-edition "Saturday Night Live" bobblehead series.

The museum will also serve as the producer of the 10 bobbleheads, which feature iconic characters from SNL's storied history.

"We're thrilled to unveil the 'Saturday Night' Bobblehead Collection to celebrate National Bobblehead Day as the iconic show closes in on its 1,000th episode," museum co-founder and CEO Phil Sklar said in a statement. "Famous for its hilarious sketches and memorable characters, 'SNL' has provided late-night comedic relief for generations. These bobbleheads will be must-haves for longtime fans of 'SNL' and many of the iconic sketches that we've turned into bobblehead form."

The series features the following characters, and each bobblehead can be purchased individually or as a set.

  • Roseanne Roseannadanna (portrayed by Gilda Radner)
  • Matt Foley (portrayed by Chris Farley)
  • More Cowbell (portrayed by Will Ferrell)
  • Drunk Uncle (portrayed by Bobby Moynihan)
  • The Ladies' Man (portrayed by Tim Meadows)
  • The Ambiguously Gay Duo (voiced by Stephen Colbert and Steve Carrell)
  • Bass-O-Matic (portrayed by Dan Akroyd)
  • D--- in a Box (portrayed by Justin Timberlake)
  • Mango (portrayed by Chris Kattan)
  • Nick the Lounge Singer (portrayed by Bill Murray)

The bobbleheads will be individually numbered to 2,026 and are only available via the museum's online store.
