The Oregon Ducks fell flat Friday night against the Indiana Hoosiersin the Peach Bowl. Not only did it end their season, but it may have also marked the end of Moore's Ducks career, despite only being just 20 years old.
Some experts suggest Moore would be right to return to Eugene, such as ESPN's Todd McShay. But Moore himself, however, is unsure.
“I’m going to soak this moment up,” Moore told reporters. "That’s most important. Just giving hugs and thank-yous to my teammates. But at the end of the day, I don’t know my decision yet. I’m going to talk to Coach Lanning, talk to my family and everybody. At the end of the day, I don’t want to think about that right now.”

NFL Draft analyst Dane Brugler suggested further that Moore's choice should be an easy one, he wrote.
“Tonight’s 1st half is why many believe Dante Moore is staying in school,” Brugler tweeted. “Extremely talented player who is still very young in a lot of areas.”
Ducks coach Dan Lanning said the team, including Moore, regardless of his decision, will grow from the 56-22 loss.

“I think every man can learn from adversity," Lanning said. "I just told that whole locker room, right, this is going to be about how you respond in life. This is going to be a life lesson that a lot of people never get. We just got our butt kicked. Right? That's going to happen in life, right, and not just Dante. Every single person in the locker room, every coach, every person can learn, 'Hey, how do you respond to that?' Some people crawl into a hole, right, don't face the music.”
It's unclear when Moore will definitively decide his future. For now, the lopsided defeat still stings.
