As expected, a former Chelsea manager has now been linked to Real Madrid as they hunt for a new long term manager.

Reporter Santi Aouna of Foot Mercato wrote on X last night that Jurgen Klopp is the dream target for Real Madrid, but Enzo Maresca is also admired by them.
I’d personally be surprised if Real Madrid went for Maresca at this stage. Klopp and Maresca certainly play pretty different styles of football as well, so the links are a little odd really.
