More Than Equal has selected five drivers to join its development programme
More Than Equal has named five drivers to join its development programme alongside its current trio Ivonn Simeonova, Lana Flack and Skye Parker.
Alexia Danielsson, Amelia Wyszomirska, Gianna Pascoal, Julia Angelard and Zoe Florescu-Potolea have joined the programme aimed at developing elite female racing drivers after a talent search and assessment.
More Than Equal, founded by Karel Komarek and David Coulthard, aims to find and develop the first female Formula 1 world champion by providing a high-performance programme to support young drivers with the potential to progress through the elite motorsport ranks.
The drivers are selected in a data-driven global talent ranking system, combined with assessments across driving performance, physical capability, psychological readiness and long-term development potential.
Each driver receives technical and tactical coaching, plus physical and mental performance support, from coaches working in collaboration with performance specialists, inspired by successful Olympic models currently in action.

The programme focuses on supporting drivers through the critical transition from karting to single-seater racing.
