FC Bayern Women have successfully completed their 2026 winter training camp. In Spain, head coach José Barcala's side spent a week preparing intensively for the upcoming Rückrunde. In addition to demanding training sessions and the arrival of the two new signings Edna Imade and Bernadette Amani, the programme also included a padel tournament, which provided some variety and a good atmosphere within the team.

First game of the year against Leipzig
Following their training camp in Spain, FC Bayern Women are now preparing for the first competitive game of the new year with a week of training on their home turf at the FC Bayern Campus. On 25 January, the Munich omen will take on RB Leipzig in front of their home crowd. In addition to their Bundesliga fixtures, the quarter-finals of the DFB Cup and the UEFA Women's Champions League are coming up in the next few weeks and months. In the cup, they'll face Hamburger SV, while in the premier club competition in European women’s football they'll come up against either Manchester United or Atlético Madrid. The home game in the Champions League will once again be played in front of a large crowd at the Allianz Arena.
