Our Ask Me Anything team explain when the next Africa Cup of Nations is, who will host and what the changes will be for 2028.
The next Africa Cup of Nations will take place in East Africa in 2027.
Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda will operate as joint hosts - the first time it has been hosted by three countries.
It will also be the first time the competition has been held in the region since Ethiopia hosted in 1976.
The Confederation of African Football (Caf) has not released the tournament dates.
It will also be the 70th anniversary since the inaugural tournament in 1957 and will be the last to be played in an odd-numbered year.
From 2028, Afcon will be played every four years, rather than every two years, taking place in the same year as the Euros.
Hosts for the 2028 Afcon have not been announced.
An annual Africa Nations League will instead take place in September, October and November every year from 2029.
