Leon Bailey’s Roma adventure has already ended.

Having arrived in the capital at the end of last summer, the Jamaican winger was immediately injured during his first training session with the Giallorossi. In just six months, he has barely made his mark and has yet to find the net in Serie A.

The only “bonus” was the assist for Hermoso in the 2-3 Coppa Italia win against Torino.

In all competitions, the Jamaican has made just 11 appearances for the Trigoria club.

According to Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo, the Roman club has opted to terminate the 28-year-old’s loan.

In the next few hours, the 1997-born player will return to Birmingham and be reinstated at Unai Emery’s Aston Villa, with whom Roma recently completed the Malen deal.
