Inter Milan underperformer Luis Henrique delivered another sub-standard performance in last night’s Champions League loss to Arsenal.

According to the Italian media via L’Interista, the Brazilian’s early mistake came back to haunt the Nerazzurri at full-time.

Cristian Chivu had no choice but to put the former Olympique Marseille star in the starting lineup last night.

Indeed, with Denzel Dumfries in the pits and Matteo Darmian lacking match fitness, Henrique was the only senior option on the right wing.

It’s been a difficult season for Henrique so far.

Despite joining the club for €25 million in the summer, the 24-year-old has failed to live up to his significant price tag.

Unfortunately, his rough patch continued last night.

In addition to offering another bleak attacking display, Henrique was also responsible for Arsenal’s opening goal.

Indeed, his poor positioning played Gabriel Jesus onside, allowing the Gunners to take an early lead.

Though his defending improved as the game progressed, Henrique couldn’t erase the damage from his earlier mistake.
