Wesley Fofana has heaped praise on Moises Caicedo and hailed the midfielder as “incredible” after Chelsea’s win against Pafos.
Caicedo headed home the only goal of the game late on to give Chelsea a huge three points, and move the Blues into the top eight of the Champions League table.
It now means Chelsea head to Napoli next week knowing they must win if they are to have a chance of avoiding a play-off to make the last 16.
Wesley Fofana praises Moises Caicedo
Liam Rosenior made changes to the team which beat Brentford on Saturday, with Fofana returning to the heart of the defence.
The Blues weren’t tested much from a defensive stand point, but a second consecutive clean sheet was absolutely a positive.

Whether Fofana plays against Crystal Palace on Sunday remains to be seen, but he was full of praise for Caicedo, who was named Uefa’s man of the match.
“Everyone knows he’s incredible,” he told TNT Sports.
“He helps the team without the ball a lot but with the ball as well.
“Tonight we see he scores a good header, he’s not the most tall but he scores and we’re very happy. Moises is incredible.”
Caicedo will almost certainly be back in the starting line-up for Chelsea’s trip to Selhurst Park on Sunday, which is another must win game in the race for Champions League qualification.
Chelsea looking to finalise Jeremy Jacquet deal
Whilst the Blues have recorded back to back clean sheets, they are looking to bring in another centre back this month.

Rennes star Jacquet has been identified as their number one target, but the Blues are yet to make an offer as of yet.
The Ligue 1 side are said to want £60m for the France under-21 international, a sum which Chelsea aren’t prepared to pay, and the two sides remain in negotiations.
