In the outing, NSU recorded 52 points, 35 rebounds, 11 assists, six steals, three blocks and 38 turnovers. As a team, the Wolves shot 47.6% from the floor, 12.5% from beyond the arc and 73.3% from the charity stripe.

- The Maverick defense came out hot, stopping the Wolves from scoring in the first six minutes and allowing only 10 points in the quarter
- Natalie Bremer started an 11-0 run in the first 15 seconds, followed by back-to-back baskets from Mackenzie Schweim
- Bremer’s game-high 22 points were more than enough to become Minnesota State women’s basketball’s new all-time leading scorer, totaling 2,073 points during her time with the program
- With under four minutes to go in the first quarter, Reagan Rus recorded NSU’s first bucket of the night, with an assist credited to Morgan Fiedler
- Rus, Telia Graham and Makenzie Carrier led the way for the Wolves this evening with 11 points apiece
