For the second time this year, UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira is making waves online, this time for having a rather amusing and relaxed sparring session with Dutch social personality Vera Dijkmans.

Pereira, who is shirtless and wearing gray shorts, also shared a short video of himself at the gym with Dijkmans as he softly guides her through her jabs and pad work as she throws her kicks and punches. The two look relaxed and happy throughout the video, withDijkmans’’ ponytail swaying back and forth as she throws her punches and Pereira offering her some tips along the way.

Dijkmans, an Instagram user with almost 6 million followers, kept up with Pereira’s high energy during the playful moment, which quickly went viral on social media.
