The Slovenia great claimed victory at an 18th different venue in her career with her success in Sapporo which drew her level with Japan's Sara Takanashi.
Prevc claimed a 12th season victory with 129 metres and 128 metres to finish 5.5 points ahead of Canada's Abigail Strate, who recorded 132.5m and 130m. Norway's Anna Odine Strom was a distant third.
“I’m happy with this. Overall, I enjoy the hill here. I think I can be quite happy with my two jumps today. Of course, it’s my goal to win again (on Sunday),” Prevc said.
Prevc, who not won in two mid-week events in Zao, Japan, further extended her World Cup lead to 408 points over Japanese rival Nozomi Maruyama who was fourth on Saturday.
In other Nordic action, the men complete the individual competition at the ski flying world championships in Obestdorf, Germany with rounds three and four. Prevc's brother, Domen Prevc, holds the overnight lead.
Cross country skiers have sprint races in Goms, Switzerland.
