Anaheim kept on rolling, pulling out a close victory in Calgary.
Courtesy of Beckett Sennecke's heroics, the Anaheim Ducks downed the Calgary Flames 4-3 in overtime to secure their seventh consecutive victory. The 19-year-old earned the first hat trick of his career, including the game-winner in extra time to improve the Ducks to 27-21-3.

Trailing only Cutter Gauthier for the team lead in goals this season, the rookie added three more to his ledger on Sunday evening at the Scotiabank Saddledome, snapping a five-game scoreless streak in the process. Anaheim has now matched its highest winning streak of the season, matching a seven-game stretch back in November.
It didn't come easy, as the Flames grabbed early momentum with a pair of first-period scores from Jonathan Huberdeau and Hunter Brzusewicz. It was the first goal in the career of 21-year-old Brzusewicz, who put Calgary out in front 2-0 with a shot that deflected past Lukas Dostal and into the net.
Sennecke found his groove in the second, using back-to-back scores to bring the Ducks even and silence the crowd in Calgary. His second came on a heads-up feed from Mikael Granlund, who picked up his 14th assist.

Matt Coronato had the response early in the third as he took advantage of a Flames' power play to help reclaim a 3-2 lead. Drew Helleson had been sent to the penalty box just minutes earlier after slashing Huberdeau.
With some more impressive passing on display from the Ducks, Chris Kreider was able to score the equalizer with just under seven minutes remaining in regulation. Gauthier managed to rifle a feed down the ice to Ryan Poehling, who set Kreider up for the open look he needed.

Both netminders stood pat through the remainder of the third as the contest headed to overtime. Sennecke's dagger at the 2:54 mark of the period was Anaheim's fourth score of the evening against Dustin Wolf and gave them the well-earned comeback victory.
The Ducks, despite shorthandedness, continue to respond nicely from a nine-game losing streak. A chance to keep their streak rolling on Monday night awaits against the Oilers on the tail end of a road back-to-back.
Edmonton, at 26-19-8, currently sits just one point above Anaheim in the standings. The match will mark the very first meeting between the division rivals this season.
Puck drop is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. PT.
