HAYTI, S.D. (KELO) — Hamlin picked up a key set of wins on Monday, thanks to a pair of ranked wins against Lennox in a double header.
The Charger girls built an 11 point lead after three quarters of play. Lennox responded with a big run to take the lead, but it was Hamlin who held on for the 59-57 win.
The night cap saw a great contest as the two boys teams went battled. The two went back-and-forth in the fourth quarter, until Hamlin grabbed a lead with under two minutes left to play. They never let go of that lead on their way to a 59-53 win.
