Dybala to be out for 10-15 days with knee inflammation

Roma fans and Gasperini himself can breathe a sigh of relief.

Paulo Dybala, who missed yesterday’s Europa League draw against Panathinaikos, underwent tests this morning after suffering a severe knee contusion in the match against AC Milan.

Tests revealed mild inflammation of the lateral capsule and no lesions. The goal is to have him back within two weeks.

The Argentine will therefore certainly miss the away match in Udine on Monday, February 2nd, and will aim to be available for the match at the Olimpico against Cagliari or the big match at the Maradona stadium against Napoli on February 15th.

Dybala has already begun physiotherapy and specific training. So, at least for this time, there are no serious injuries, and his recovery time is expected to be fairly short.
