Chelsea have made an unwritten offer of €30 million for Nantes centre back Tylel Tati according to reports in France.
The Blues were expected to be quiet this window, but their plans changed and they are looking to bring in a new centre back.
Mamadou Sarr is reportedly due in London on Monday ahead of returning to Chelsea from Strasbourg, whilst Aaron Anselmino is set to replace him at the Ligue 1 outfit.
Chelsea make €30m offer for Nantes defender Tylel Tati
Chelsea have identified Rennes centre back Jeremy Jacquet as their primary target, but are yet to make an offer for the 20-year-old.
Jacquet reportedly only wants to join Chelsea, but it appears any deal for the France under-21 international would be to join in the summer.

However, it seems Chelsea have another centre back on their radar, and L’Equipe have reported the Blues have made an unwritten offer of €30m for Nantes teenager Tati.
The report adds Nantes have rejected the initial approach, which would see Chelsea loan the player back for the remainder of the season.
The 18-year-old is a key player for Nantes, and has started 18 of their last 20 matches, with the French side currently sitting 16th in Ligue 1.
Chelsea still looking to offload Axel Disasi
Whilst the Blues are working on bringing centre backs in, they are looking to offload Axel Disasi before the end of the window.
Disasi hasn’t played for Chelsea for over a year, but has appeared for the development side this season to work on his match fitness.

It’s thought Disasi was close to joining West Ham on loan, but Roma and Lyon have also made approaches for the France international.
Chelsea have until 7pm on Monday to finalise a departure for Disasi, otherwise he’ll likely spend until June playing no football which isn’t good for all parties involved.
