As the Denver Summit prepares to launch its inaugural season, the preparations continue. The club has announced today that ticket selling is going smoothly. So much so that they have announced that they have sold 40K tickets so far and they’re on the verge to break the attendance record for an NWSL game.

The current record for attendance for an NWSL match is held by Bay FC when they played the Washington Spirit at San Francisco’s Oracle Park. That day, 40,091 fans gathered together to witness a historic match.
