England will begin their bid to regain the U20 Six Nations title when they face Wales at Northampton's Franklin's Gardens on Friday.
England's 2025 Grand Slam hopes were crushed by a shock defeat by Wales in their final match, a result which enabled France to pinch the title with a dramatic 45-40 win over Scotland.
Back-row forward Henry Pollock, the 2024 U20 player of the championship, played in England's first two matches last year before stepping up to play for England in the senior Six Nations and representing the British and Irish Lions in Australia.
Prop forward Vilikesa Sela, who is in England's senior squad this year, also featured for England last season.
Bath back row Connor Treacey leads the side this year, having previously been captain at under-18 and under-19 level.
Highly-rated Saracens wing Noah Caluori, who was in the running to be part of Steve Borthwick's senior squad, and Harlequins scrum-half Lucas Friday are two of 10 capped players in the matchday 23.
Scotland travel to Treviso to take on Italy in the opening match on Friday, while France start their title defence against Ireland in Perpignan on Saturday.
