Tee Higgins and Ja’Marr Chase were on the Up and Adams show recently, where Kay Adams asked which defensive player they would like to see added to the Cincinnati Bengals. Both selected defensive players who are currently under contract with other teams, meaning the Bengals would have to trade for each guy.

First, Tee Higgins said he would love to see Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons on the Bengals. It is unclear if the Titans would listen to offers for the talented defensive tackle.

Simmons ranked first in pass rush grade for defensive tackles at 90.9. He was also tops in sacks with 9, and pass rush win rate at 19.3%. It would likely take multiple high-value draft picks for the Titans to even consider trading him.

Next, Ja’Marr Chase mentioned a player who is more likely to be on the move. He said that he would love to add Maxx Crosby to the team.

Crosby has stated he cannot see a future with the Raiders. The 28-year-old pass rusher for the 10th overall pick would likely be the starting point for trade discussions between the Bengals and Raiders. Crosby has 69.5 career sacks, with 10 of them coming during the 2025 season.

Would you be open to the Bengals trading away draft capital to add one of these proven veteran defensive players?
