The New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks square off in Super Bowl 60 on Sunday night.
Both teams missed the playoffs last year, but finished this season with a 14-3 record en route to the Super Bowl.
Questions about Drake Maye’s shoulder surfaced after he showed up on the injury report. But the quarterback was a full participant in practice Wednesday and Thursday, indicating he’s fully healthy.
Linebacker Robert Spillane (ankle), who left the AFC Championship Game against the Denver Broncos, was limited in Thursday’s practice, but is confident he’ll play Sunday.
As for the Seahawks, Sam Darnold’s oblique injury seems to be a thing of the past after the quarterback practiced in full Thursday. Star safety Nick Emmanwori injured his ankle Wednesday in practice, coach Mike Macdonald expects the rookie to play despite not practicing Thursday.
