The E-G is running its weekly fan poll for high school athlete of the week. See the top winter sports performers and cast your vote.
LANCASTER — The high school winter sports season is heading down the home stretch of the regular season. It’s your chance to vote for the Eagle-Gazette High School Athlete of the Week.
Fans are encouraged to vote in the Eagle-Gazette Fan Poll to determine who they think had the most outstanding performance. Fans can vote as often as allowed.
The poll will run from 6 a.m. Monday to 5 p.m. Friday. The winner will be revealed soon after the survey concludes.
Bloom-Carroll’s Josie Burr was last week’s poll winner.
Here is the list of athletes:
Dean Clark, Fairfield Union: He scored a team-high 15 points in the Falcons loss at Philo.
Zarah Roby, Fairfield Christian Academy: She scored a team-high 23 points in a win over Grove City Christian.
Cam Eaton, Lancaster: He scored a team-high 25 points, including 20 in the first half, and had 5 3-pointers vs. Reynoldsburg.
Addy Sims, Liberty Union: Sims, a sophomore, scored a team-high 17 points in a win over Millersport.
Keaton Webb, Fairfield Union: He scored a team-high 16 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in a win over Bloom-Carroll.
Molly Stedman, Lancaster: She scored a team-high 21 points in the Gales' win over Logan.
Cooper Manson, Liberty Union: He scored 18 points, grabbed rebounds, and had 4 blocks in a win over FCA.
