Veteran midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan could reportedly sign a new contract with Inter Milan at the end of the season.
According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, the San Siro giants are ready to offer the 37-year-old a new short-term deal.
Despite setting one foot in retirement, Henrikh Mkhitaryan remains a key component of Cristian Chivu’s side.
Indeed, the 37-year-old has made 24 appearances across all competitions this season, racking up one goal and two assists.

Mkhitaryan’s current contract at San Siro expires in June.
Though the Nerazzurri were initially expected to let his deal run out, they’ve recently had a change of heart.
Instead, they’re now contemplating offering the former Arsenal, Manchester United, and Roma star a new deal.
With Chivu heavily relying on the Armenian ace, it feels like a natural decision.
Meanwhile, Stefan de Vrij, Francesco Acerbi, Yann Sommer, and Matteo Darmian may not be as lucky.
