NYRB fall short of knockouts after beating Juárez on penalties
The New York Red Bulls finished just outside of the top-four after beating Juárez on penalties. Sandro Schwarz's side finish just a point out of fourth having gone to penalties in all three of their league phase games.
LA Galaxy cruise into knockouts with big win over Santos Laguna
The Galaxy came into the night needing to win by two goals to book their ticket to the knockout rounds, and they did just that with a thumping win over a lousy Santos Laguna.
